Artist Statement
“Artwork needs to be done. The creative process makes me better at all tasks and thoughts and making art allows me to become a more successful problem solver. I can express, explode or purge my deepest concerns, or make my own opinions known in a way much larger than words alone. Messages can be received at a variety of different levels of awareness by using a visual medium with creative expression. I know my thoughts and their resulting actions impact those around me and the use of creative thought and visual media helps me to actually initiate change. “
