The 2023 summer Imagination Celebration is themed around the idea of color. Color is a powerful component of all art, and can be used to manipulate a viewer's thoughts or feelings. Understanding the effects of color can deepen a viewer's personal experience with art. Using these principles, the Bellefonte Art Museum's Imagination Celebration 2023 will be "Awash in Color". As usual, the galleries will be filled with art shows and activities that help the visitor comprehend the information about color and explore the many elements that are a part of using color in life and in art.
