Poetry Workshop:  Writing our Way into the World. 10-11:30,
Poetry lives and thrives in image: written observations that derive from and connect to our senses. In this generative poetry writing workshop, we will work with and through our five (six?) senses, crafting poems based on what we can glean with our hands, eyes, ears, noses, and tongues. We will also build poetic bridges, connecting those bodily observations to broader contexts.

Local poets, Leah Poole Osowski and Lee Peterson will be hosting a poetry workshop on Saturday, March 25, at 10:00-11:30 a.m.

This workshop compliments the Out Lout poetry reading hosted by Osowski and Peterson on March 24, at 7:00 pm.m in the Felleowship Hall behind St. John's Episcopal Church in Bellefonte.

Poetry reading is NOT a prerequisite to attending the poetry workshop at BAM
