A culinary and visual arts event benefiting the Bellefonte Art Museum for Centre County. This event features a picnic lunch of French Cuisine created by The Hidden Hostess, Rebecca Elman and Stephane Gawlowicz, artists painting en plein air, and concludes with a raffle of the art works created during the event.
