Children’s Room - Members of the Spring Creek chapter of Tout Unlimited will
teach children to tie flies and knots
and to identify aquatic insects.

June 2: Let’s Go Fishing Reception with
Joe Humphreys

June 2: Children’s Art Activities

June 24 & 25: On stream activities
with TU. Watch stream restoration in
progress at the Milesburg Park. Fly
casting and bug identification instruction offered

June 29: A Talk with John Arway,
Executive Director of the Pa Fish and
Boat Commission. Spring Creek
Canyon Hike and Spring Creek
House reception to follow.
July
All Month: Conservation Celebration
featuring displays from local environmental groups in the
Community Gallery

July 7: Opening Reception andSpring Creek Canyon Talk by local historian Bob Hazelton

July 7: Watershed Education by the
Conservation District in the Children’s Room.

July 28: A Bus Trip to Black Moshannon
State Park- $10/person, children free.
